Hello, I have 2 themes that I like to user on my computer. One is the regular Vista theme, the other is a theme that turns the computer into Mac-like. My qustion is. If i create a 2nd user on my pc. Can I have one user use the Vista theme, while having the 2nd user user the Mac theme.

That way I could go on my choice of Vista or Mac themes when I long in

Yes it can be done by logging into the account and selecting the theme you want for that account. Each account can have it's own theme

ok i have windows vista ultimate and im trying this tweak were you can play a screensaver as a wallpaper. this is the vidoe on how to do it:

now after i do this the ribbons come up but evrything flickers, like all my windos and the start menu, and the buttons only shows up when i put my mouse over it. why is this happening?? how can i fix this??pleease help!

first your refresh rate is off, goto your display settings and change it.
if you want animated wallpaper why not just use dreamscene? it works so much better and is made for vista.
