  • what I said when you buy an upgrade cd does it still have all versons of win vista on it just like the install cds

    The Answer by Fed-up :

The upgrade CD [actually a DVD] is an install DVD. It contains all versions of Vista.
The key you receive with the DVD determines what version you are entitled to install.
In fact, when you install the upgrade, you usually backup, format and install the version of Vista you have the key to.

    vista upgrade on a mac?

Can I use the Vista Upgrade on a Mac, or do I have to get the full version (I'm not asking legally, I'm asking if it's possible without extra effort)? I don't want Vista, but I need it in order to take classes online at my high school.

Also, does the built-in microphone work on Vista?

    The Answer by scherzkm :

t should work, but I recommend backing up your bootcamp partition, in case everything goes pear shaped and you will need to restore XP. If you're careful enough, it shouldn't affect your OS X and EFI partitions.
