Window Vista Help Center

I bought a computer this weekend and had no choice but Windows Vista. I don't have internet at home, so is there anyway to get the updates without internet access?
Contact Microsoft & support.microsoft.com They can arrange to have service packs sent to you on CD when major updates are made to Vista.

I am using Windows Vista Home premium. I meet all of the requiremts and even the reccomended requirements. ALL exept I only have 512 memory and I know I need more BUt right now I cant get more and I want to use Vista.
I have no problems with vista but Id like to know if there are any GOOD sites that I can go to that tell me how to tweak it to make it faster or anything.
Thanks
First…RAM. Try newegg.com. My 2GB cost $80 and WELL worth it.
I'll bet you don't know what else is wrong with Vista…
Here's a start…
1) Third party drivers/applications are not allowed unless “approved” by Microsoft. Some of your favorite software won't run on Vista because the drivers have not been "approved" by Microsoft. This also means that the digital camera you just bought may not be "allowed" to connect to the PC.
2) ALL media copied thru Vista is SERIOUSLY degraded. The mp3s that you rip, are not allowed to be full quality. Same with DVD's.
3) Takes up too much resources.
Personally, if XP ever goes out of support, I'm going Linux
